5.7 lakh sq ft industrial space leased by Vikram Solar in Chennai
Kolkata-based clean energy firm Vikram Solar Limited has leased 5.73 lakh sq ft of industrial space at Indospace Park Vallam II in Chennai. The space is leased from Indospace Vallam II Pvt Ltd for a period of 5 years at a total rent of R 93 crore.
The agreement comes with a 15% escalation in rent at the end of the third year, followed by an annual escalation of 5% thereafter.
