Kalyani Developers to expand hospitality portfolio, eyes 1,400 plus keys
Bengaluru-based real estate firm Kalyani Developers is looking to expand its hospitality portfolio. The firm is targeting more than 1,400 keys across Bengaluru and Hyderabad over the next two years.
According to the updates, the firm has partnered with global hospitality major Hilton for a dual-brand hotel development in Bengaluru, covering 600 keys across two properties. It is also in talks with leading global hotel operators for an additional 825 keys.
