Lodha Developers to build prime office complex in Gurugram with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore
Mumbai-based multinational real estate and construction firm Lodha Developers has plans to develop an iconic office complex on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana. The firm will invest Rs 1,200 crore in the project, for which it has entered into a joint development agreement with MRG Group.
The agreement covers two projects in Gurugram, one commercial and one residential.
