Ambuja Neotia plans to invest Rs 2,700 crore in West Bengal
Kolkata-based real estate firm Ambuja Neotia has plans to invest Rs 2,700 crore in West Bengal's hospitality sector. The firm, along with its hospitality sector partner, Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), unveiled AltAir House – IHCL SeleQtions in Kolkata and Siliguri.
Kolkata AltAir House is a 42-key property located at Ecospace Business Park, New Town. Siliguri property is a 60-key property with curated dining and indoor and outdoor event spaces, accommodating up to 1,200 guests, located within Uttorayon Township.
The investment covers newly launched hotels and a Rs 100 crore expansion of Taj Chia Kutir Resort & Spa, Darjeeling, with 28 keys and 15,000 square feet of banqueting facilities.
