Urwa Commercial Building: MUDA gets Karnataka government's nod for the project
The Mangaluru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) has received the Karnataka government's in-principle approval to develop the Urwa Commercial Building at an estimated cost of Rs 30 crore.
The G+9 complex will house premium retail and office space for corporate companies, IT/BT firms, and startups, with rentals of Rs 50 to Rs 100 per sqft.
Ground & First Floors will be designed as a mall-format marketplace for public and family needs. Floors 2nd to 9th would be dedicated office spaces for corporate companies, IT/BT firms, and startups.
