7 acres of land acquired by XSIO Logistics Pvt in Mumbai
Logistics firm, XSIO Logistics Pvt, has acquired 7 acres of land parcel adjacent to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai. The land is acquired for Rs 230 crores, part of a larger logistics project that involves an estimated total investment of Rs 470 crores.
The project is at the pre-construction approval stage, and the plan is to complete the project within three years of commencing construction.
