Andhra Pradesh government clears projects worth over Rs 9,076 crore
The State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB), chaired by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, has cleared projects worth Rs 9,076.11 crore. A total of 11 projects are approved that span various sectors from hospitality to logistics.
Approved projects are:
- RDP Hospitality Services: A 4-star hotel in the Nellore district with an investment of Rs 139.92 crore.
- Madhavi Leisure & Stays Pvt. Ltd.: A 3-star hotel in YSR Kadapa district with an investment of Rs 52.10 crore.
- Srinivasam Amusement Pvt. Ltd.: An integrated amusement park in YSR Kadapa district with an investment of Rs 68.69 crore.
- Vajra Hospitality LLP: A hotel, banquet, and exhibition centre in Vijayawada with an investment of Rs 62.40 crore.
- Nexus Integrated Logistics Park (NILP): An integrated logistics park at Chinna Ettipaka, Satyavedu Mandal, Tirupati district, with an investment of Rs 255 crore.
- Akshat Greentech Pvt. Ltd.: A solar cell and module manufacturing unit at Parawada, Anakapalli district, with an investment of Rs 1,600 crore.
- Berry Alloys Ltd.: An integrated manganese sinter, DRI, and carbon paste plant at the Bobbili Growth Centre with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore.
- Geo Mysore India Pvt. Ltd.: The Swarnagiri Gold Mining Project at Tuggali Mandal, Kurnool district, with an investment of Rs 689 crore.
- Eco Box Industrials Asset IV Pvt. Ltd. (Google Warehouse Partners): A logistics and light industrial park in Visakhapatnam with an investment of Rs 1,008 crore.
- Adani Foundation: A project at Kapuluppada, Visakhapatnam district, with an investment of Rs 2,200 crore.
- Mondelez India Foods Pvt. Ltd.: A food processing unit at Sri City, Tirupati district, with an investment of Rs 1,801 crore.
