Krisumi Corporation to develop luxury residential projects in Gurugram
Krisumi Corporation, a Gurugram-based joint venture (JV) of Krishna Group and Japanese firm Sumitomo Corporation, is developing luxury residential projects in Gurugram. The firm commenced construction of two luxury residential phases in Sector 36A, with plans to invest over Rs 1,300 crore in the projects over the next five years.
The JV is working on Phases 5 and 6 of the project, The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II, which are part of the 33.38-acre Krisumi City development. These phases will comprise 542 residential units and an estimated revenue potential of more than Rs 4,000 crore.
