Birla Estates is likely to acquire 10 acres of land in Noida
The wholly-owned unit of Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd, Birla Estates, is in advanced talks to acquire a 10-acre plot in Noida from the Shipra Group. Birla Estates plans to develop a luxury residential project on the land parcel. The deal for the land is likely to be done for Rs 1,000 crore.
