Ashirvad Pipes plans expansion to invest Rs 550 crore
Belgian firm Aliaxis, which owns Ashirvad Pipe, is planning its expansion in India. The firm aims to invest over Rs 550 crore in India over the next two years, focusing on both greenfield and brownfield projects.
The investment would augment its capacity by nearly 30 percent, as the plan is to set up two new greenfield manufacturing facilities in Hyderabad and Chennai. The two greenfield projects would take an investment of Rs 400 crore, boosting the production capacity from 3 lakh tonnes to 4 lakh tonnes per annum.
