Brigade Group launches new residential tower in Bengaluru
Real estate developer Brigade Group has launched its new residential tower named Cobalt, at its expansive 50-acre township, Brigade El Dorado. The tower is located at KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru. The project comprises 948 one-bedroom apartments, the company has pegged the potential revenue value at over Rs 400 crore.
The overall project size is around 6.1 million square feet including residential, shopping, wellness, and entertainment facilities. This new tower is expected to be completed by Q2 FY 29.
