Brigade Group to invest Rs 2,700 crore, launch housing projects in Chennai and Bengaluru
Real estate developer Brigade Group has plans to launch more than 6.5 mn sq ft of residential projects this fiscal. The firm would invest Rs 2,700 crore for projects predominantly in Bengaluru and Chennai. So far the developer has launched 4 mn sq ft in Bengaluru across different submarkets.
