Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers emerges lowest bidder for ONGC shipbuilding tender
Government-owned Kolkata-based ship-building firm Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has emerged as the lowest bidder (L-one bidder) for ONGC's tender. The tender was floated under the government-approved Rs 69,725 crore package to promote the local shipbuilding industry.
GRSE quoted Rs 258 per vessel to emerge the successful bidder.
