Godrej Properties sells apartments worth Rs 2,000 crore in Noida
Real estate developer Godrej Properties has sold 670 apartments worth over Rs 2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Tropical Isle, in sector 146, Noida. The project was launched in August 2023. The launch came 9 months after the land parcel was purchased through an e-auction.
Sector 146 is a prominent upcoming residential corridor in Noida. It provides access to high-quality social infrastructure and is in proximity to commercial infrastructure like - Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, Film City, etc.
