House of Swamiraj to launch residential project in Thane
Real estate developer House of Swamiraj has plans to develop a premium residential development project in Thane. The project would be located on Pokhran Road 1 and is estimated to have a cost of Rs 700 crore.
It would offer 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and Jodi apartment configurations, addressing the requirements of a broad buyer base that includes families, working professionals, and long-term investors.
