Kaynes Technology to set manufacturing facility at Telangana
Leading end-to-end and IoT solutions-enabled integrated electronics manufacturer Kaynes Technology has plans to invest Rs 2,800 crore in setting up a semiconductor OSAT (outsourced semiconductor assembly and test) manufacturing and compound semiconductor facility in Telangana.
Spread over a 40-acre land parcel the unit would be adjacent to Foxconn’s upcoming facility at Kongara Kalan in Ranga Reddy district. As per the information, the new facility will be set up by Kaynes Semicon, a subsidiary set up by Kaynes Technology for its foray into OSAT/ATMP (assembly, testing, marking, and packaging) services.
