L&T to acquire stakes in JV firm Sapura Shipping
Multinational business firm, the L&T group, is set to acquire 40% stake in the joint venture (JV) L&T Sapura Shipping Private Limited (LTSSPL). The stakes would be purchased from its JV partner Sapura Nautical Power Pte Ltd for Rs 122.4 crores.
At present, the JV is a 60:40 venture between the two firm which would be 100% L&T owned post stake purchase.
