Mahindra Lifespace and Actis to make exit from Mahindra Homes worth Rs 120 crore
Global investment firm Actis and the infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, Mahindra Lifespace are together making a partial exit worth over Rs 120 crore from the Mahindra Homes.
Mahindra has approached the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) with an application to reduce its equity share capital and provide exit to both entities. The tribunal has admitted the petition and fixed it for a hearing in March.
