New Delhi station redevelopment project: RLDA invites bids for consultancy work
Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has floated a tender inviting bids from eligible bidders for the New Delhi station redevelopment project. The tender is for the project management consultancy (PMC) services and construction of associated infrastructure on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis. As per the tender, the estimated period for completion of services is 45 months of the project construction period.
The scope of the work involves overseeing the execution of various work components related to the redevelopment project of New Delhi Railway Station and the construction of associated infrastructure including but not limited to design review, architectural controls, quality assurance, SHE compliances, interface management, project progress monitoring, invoice verification, installation, testing and commissioning, and hand over and related activities. The last date for bid submission is 14 March 2023.
