Nisus Finance acquires residential project in Dubai
Financial services provider Nisus Finance Services Company (NiFCO) has acquired an entire residential tower, Lootah Avenue, in Dubai Motor City. The deal is done for Rs 536 crore for the tower, spread over 3.34 acres, which comprises 273 apartments.
This acquisition includes the asset, transaction expenses, and refurbishment.
