Numax Realcom to develop township in Muzaffarnagar, invest Rs 1,000 crore
Real estate developer Numax Realcom and its consortium has planned to develop an integrated township in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar. The project would take an investment of Rs 1,000 crore.
The firm has received approval from the Muzaffarnagar Development Authority to construct an integrated township. As per the developer, the license covers the construction of plots, villas, commercial complexes with independent floors, schools, police stations, and more within this township.
