Rs 1,000 crore investment planned by Anant Raj across NCR and Tirupati
Real estate developer Anant Raj has plans to invest around Rs 1,000 crore to develop four projects in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Tirupati. The developer plans to develop a luxury residential project in Gurgaon, an affordable housing project in Tirupati, and a plotted commercial or residential project in Gurgaon.
Further, it would convert its existing motel near Delhi airport into a multi-story hotel and office building. In a statement, the firm said that they have acquired around 180 acres of land in sector 63A Gurgaon and we have been developing that in phases.
