TARC Ltd to set 2 office projects in Gurugram
Real estate developer TARC Ltd is developing 2 office projects Ishva and Kailasa, in Gurugram, Haryana. The firm is expecting Rs 2,000 crore in revenue from the next phase of these projects. The firm has acquired additional land in Gurugram, strengthening its portfolio.
The firm also raised Rs 1,000 crore for refinancing and additional working capital.
