UrbanVault plans expansion, to invest Rs 100 crore
Managed office space solutions provider UrbanVault plans to invest Rs 100 crore for expansion across India in fiscal year 2025. The firm has recently leased 35,000 sq ft space in Gurgaon that will offer 700 premium seats.
As per the updates, the firm is exploring new developments in other high-potential micro-markets of Gurugram, such as Sector 44, Udyog Vihar, and Golf Course Extension Road, with concrete plans to launch operations on the Noida Expressway shortly.
