Brigade Group to develop residential project in Chennai
Real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement with PVP Ventures Ltd. The agreement is signed for the development of 2.5 million square feet, high-rise residential project in Chennai.
The project spread across 16 acres in Perambur has a revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore. Brigade Group said they have a land bank of over 12 million square feet of residential projects across Chennai, which will be their second biggest market after Bengaluru.
