Godrej Properties purchases land worth Rs 403 crore in Gurugram
Real estate major Godrej Properties has purchased about 15 acres of land in Sector 103 of Gurugram. An agreement worth Rs 403 crore is signed with Microtek Infratech for the land. Last year Godrej bought two adjacent land parcels, measuring 12.4 acres, in Noida for Rs 377 crore.
