Industrial township in Ghaziabad: GDA to acquire 187 hectares
The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has plans to acquire 187 hectares for the industrial township project at Saidpur Hussainpur in Modinagar. As per the GDA, the cost of land to be acquired for a project exceeds Rs 10 crore.
GDA's board has already vetted the setting up of a logistics park and has earmarked about 250 hectares of land for the project. Ghaziabad is one of the 7 cities selected by the Uttar Pradesh government for developing city logistics hubs.
