Lodha Developers plans to launch 21 housing projects by March 2027
Mumbai-based real estate firm Lodha Developers has plans to launch 21 housing projects by March next year. These projects will be launched across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru.
The firm launched one housing project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), covering 4 lakh sq ft with a revenue potential of Rs 330 crore. Further, 7 new housing projects will be launched across MMR, Delhi-NCR, Pune and Bengaluru, covering a total area of 5.9 million sq ft and having a combined revenue potential of Rs 9,850 crore.
In the 14 existing projects, the developer plans to launch new phases covering 9.7 million sq ft, with a total revenue potential of Rs 14,210 crore.
