Lodha Developers plans to sell 150 acres of land in Mumbai
Real estate firm Lodha Developers has plans to sell 150 acres of land in the next 3-4 years. This land is part of its data centre park in the Mumbai region, where the firm holds about 660 acres.
The developer is looking to generate Rs 10,000 crore through sale as part of its asset monetisation strategy. In a statement, the firm said that in the first phase of 370 acres, we have already monetised about 130 acres, and we intend to further monetise about 150 acres over the next 3-4 years, which itself will generate close to Rs 10,000 crore of sales.
