Mahindra Lifespace launches second phase of its residential cum commercial project in Palghar
The real estate development arm of Mahindra group, Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) has launched its second phase of the project Mahindra Happinest Palghar – 2. Spread over 1.86 acres, the project consists of 260, 1 BHK & 2 BHK apartments, with carpet areas ranging from 390.51 sq-ft to 542.06 sq-ft and 47 retail shops.
