4.5-acre land parcel acquired by Concorde Group in Bengaluru
Real estate firm Concorde Group acquired 4.5 acres of prime land in Thanisandra, North Bengaluru. The developer has acquired the land for Rs 100 crore from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The plan is to develop high-end residential development, with a projected revenue potential of around Rs 400 crore. Proposed project will offer a total of 424 residential units available in configurations of 2 and 3 bedrooms.
As per the firm, the estimated cost of land acquisition and construction for the upcoming project is approximately Rs 251 crore and the construction is expected to begin in July this year.
