Royal Green Realty unveils new township in Rohtak
Gurugram-based real estate developer Royal Green Realty has announced the launch of its new integrated township in Rohtak, Haryana. The project, named Royal Green World City, is being developed in partnership with Riverwood India.
The project houses a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a gym and health spa, squash and badminton facilities, indoor games, a business centre, and a multi-function hall with a café. According to the developer, the project's plan incorporates wide, tree-lined boulevards, segregated walkways, a central green heart, and unobstructed internal roads, drawing inspiration from leading townships around the world.
