BL Kashyap bags order from NHSRCL
Construction engineering company B. L. Kashyap And Sons has bagged an order from National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) worth Rs 141 crore. The order is for the construction of a training institute building for National High-Speed Rail Projects in Vadodara, India.
NHSRCL has planned to develop a Training Institute at Vadodara in Gujarat to train staff of the High-Speed Rail Project. The facility shall be used for providing training in Japanese style and lodging.
Institute will be developed in around 12 acres of land. The construction works of the Training Institute have been divided into 3 packages.
The contract package MAHSR-TI-1, which has been awarded to BL Kashyap and Sons, contains the construction of the Main Building, Canteen Building, Residential Building, and Utility Building.
The three-story main building will have 6 practice rooms, 2 large storage rooms, a 250-seater auditorium, an administration area, 12 classrooms and 3 multipurpose rooms, 2 (13-persons) Passenger Lift, one 3000kg Cargo Lift and equipment in the practice room including furniture. The Residential building will have 12 Furnished Apartments for Professors and a Lift, 8 Furnished Apartments for Supporting Staff, and Lift and Electrical room, Storage, and Gardening Equipment. The Canteen Building will have the facility to serve up to 400 people, 3 meals per day, and fixed equipment for the kitchen. Tables and Chairs for 170 Diners for the seating area, Food Service for 60 people for the party room, Two Badminton courts, One Squash court, Gym, and Snooker Room.
BL Kashyap and Sons will have to complete the awarded tasks in 24 months.
