ITC Hotels signs new property in Rajgir
Hospitality major ITC Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new property in Bihar. The firm has signed a management agreement for a new Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels in Rajgir in the presence of the Chief Minister of Bihar, Samrat Choudhary.
Spread over 2.67 acres, the project is developed under a long-term arrangement between the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation and Kalsi Buildcon Private Limited. The property features 107 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, along with other amenities.
The property is well suited for weddings, events, and gatherings as it houses approximately 5,000 square feet of indoor banqueting space and over 12,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor lawns.
