Juniper Green commissions wind-solar hybrid project in Pune
Gurugram-based clean energy firm Juniper Green Energy has announced the commissioning of a 75 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Pune. The firm made the announcemnet after operationalizing a 36.25 MW solar facility at Bhigwan in Pune.
In a press release, the firm said that the hybrid asset was developed by its subsidiary, Juniper Green Beam Eight, under a 75 MW power purchase agreement executed with Tata Power. The 36.25 MWp solar installation feeds into the Bhigwan substation in Pune; the 50 MW wind capacity is tied to the Nilanga substation in Maharashtra's Latur district.
