Lal Bahadur Shastri airport project: PNC Infratech emerges as lowest bidder for the work
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has declared PNC Infratech as the Lowest (L1) bidder for the Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport project to be built in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. As per updates, the firm placed a bid of Rs. 297.01 crore.
The scope of work involves extension of the runway, re-carpeting, strengthening of the existing runway, and allied infrastructure tasks. The period of completion of the work is 18 months.
