Rs 1,940 crore investment in Data Centre planned by CapitaLand India
Asia's largest diversified real estate group CapitaLand India plans to invest around Rs 1940 crore in the next 4 to 5 years to acquire and develop a 55 megawatts data center in Ambattur, Chennai.
The firm has recently acquired a 4.01-acre land in Ambattur, Chennai for Rs 80 crore, of the total planned investment, to develop its third data center in India.
