Siliguri Bagdogra Airport project: 13 firms place bid for civil construction work
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has informed that 13 firms have placed a bid for airside civil construction work at Bagdogra International Airport (IBX) near Siliguri, West Bengal. As per updates, a new terminal at Bagdogra Airport is under construction with a footprint of 1,00,000 sq.m (50,000 sq.m in Phase 1) and will be capable of handling 3800 peak-hour passengers.
This tender was for the project’s airside construction (apron, taxiway, etc.). Bidders for the work are:
