Union Minister inaugurates India's first bio-bitumen road in Nagpur
The Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Mr. Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the country's first bio-bitumen-based National Highway stretch on NH-44 in Mansar, Nagpur. CSIR-CRRI in collaboration with Praj Industries developed a road using lignin-based bio-bitumen technology.
