5 lakh sq ft office space leased by BNP Paribas in Chennai
European banking firm BNP Paribas has a 5 lakh sq ft office space at Mindspace Business Parks REIT in Chennai. The space is leased for 10 years and covers four floors in the complex, which has an overall campus size of around 2.6 million sq ft.
The rent for the lease period is estimated at around Rs 550 crore, excluding rental escalations and any applicable rent-free periods, incentives, or additional charges.
