RLDA's land parcel in Mumbai gets a bid of Rs 2,250 crores from Dineshchandra R Agrawal
Ministry of Railway's statutory body, Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA), has received the highest-ever bid of Rs 2,250 crore for its 2.5-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi locality.
The bid was made by Dineshchandra R Agrawal Infracon for a lease of 99 years. Second-highest bid was placed by Sobha Realty, of Rs 1,232 crore.
