Delhi Metro: Expansion worth over Rs 48, 204 crores approved
The Government of NCT of Delhi has approved Rs 48,204.56 crores for the expansion of the Delhi Metro. This expansion will cover over 97 kilometres of new lines and 65 stations across seven corridors under the Phase V(B) plan.
Delhi's Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, said the project is aimed at improving connectivity between the outskirts and emerging parts of the Capital with central Delhi.
