1.3 lakh sq ft space leased by Boston Scientific in Pune
Global medical technology firm Boston Scientific has leased over 1.3 lakh sq ft of office space in Pune's Wakad. The space is leased for a period of 9.5 years to develop a global capability centre (GCC).
The space is leased across the sixth and seventh floors of Eon West LP II, Tower D in Wakad. Boston Scientific will pay a monthly rent of Rs 86.58 lakh. The firm has a hard option to lease the eighth floor of the building until March 2027.
