Nerolac to sell 24-care plot in Thane
Paint and coating manufacturing company, Kansai Nerolac has signed an agreement with realty developer House of Hiranandani Group to sell its nearly 24-acre land parcel at Kavesar. The plot is to be sold for Rs 655 crore. The firm's board of directors approved a proposal to monetize its idle land parcel that is ‘not being put for productive use.
