Om Oil & Flour Mills to set new food processing unit
Food processing firm Om Oil & Flour Mills which owns the Ruchi spices brand is planning to set up a spices and food processing unit at Ramdaspur in the Cuttack district. Spread over 15 acres of the land parcel the unit will manufacture pasta, noodles, fruit-based beverages, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat items. The work of the factory has been completed and excavation work is underway.
The firm has signed an MoU with Italy-based Anselmo Impianti for the procurement of machinery and providing technical support for the project and the work is expected to be completed by the end-2024.
