Puravankara signs JDA for 12.76 acres of land in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Puravankara has signed a development agreement (JDA) for a 12.76-acre land parcel in Sathanur, North Bengaluru. This JDA is for a residential project that has approximately 1.90 million sq ft of saleable area and a gross development value of Rs 2,500 crore.
