12,868 sq metrer land parcel acquired by Divyansh Group in Ghaziabad
Delhi-based real estate developer Divyansh Group has acquired a 12,868 sq metre land parcel in Koyal Enclave, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The land is acquired for Rs 128 crore through an auction conducted by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA).
The firm plans to develop a plotted residential project on the land with an estimated sales potential of over Rs 200 crore. As per the firm, the project will be launched in the third quarter of the current financial year.
