Today Royal Developers leases 1.4 acres land in Navi Mumbai from CIDCO
Real estate firm Today Royal Developers has leased a 1.4-acre land parcel in Navi Mumbai's Nerul from City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd (CIDCO). The space is leased for a tenure of 60-years with a one-time lease premium of Rs 177.05 crore.
Located in Sector 52A, Nerul, the land measures 5,785.78 sq metres and has been earmarked for mixed-use development, permitting both residential and commercial construction.
