Orders worth Rs 1,180 crore bagged by KEC International
Mumbai-based KEC International has bagged new orders worth Rs 1,180 crore. These orders are spread across transmission and distribution (T&D), renewables, civil, and cables & conductors businesses.
The renewables business of the firm bagged an order for a 200+ MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in western India from an existing client (name of client and order value not disclosed).
Civil business order for additional civil and structural works for a 150 MW thermal power plant in eastern India (name of client and order value not disclosed). Transmission and distribution (T&D), bagged order for 400 kV transmission line project in western India to power a data centre, supply of transmission line towers in the Middle East, and supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.
Multiple orders in India and overseas were bagged by the cables and conductors business.
