Curated Living launches mixed-use project in Pune
Real estate developer DivyaSree Group's firm, Curated Living Solutions (CLS), has launched its first hospitality-led mixed-use development in Pune. The project will require an investment of around Rs 200 crore.
Located in the Koregaon Park Annexe corridor in East Pune, the project comprises a 200-key hospitality project, premium retail, and branded residences. The firm is developing the project jointly with Arista Developers.
